Hi, this website is owned by me, Michael Carroll and I provide computer services to small and medium-sized businesses, individuals, organizations and schools.

I'm based near Wexford in the South-East corner of Ireland and I've been working with computer hardware and software for a lot longer than I'd care to remember. In 1998, I decided to set up a business providing computer services and technical support and this has grown over the years.

I am an authorised IBM Business Partner and an authorised Lenovo Business Partner as well as an authorised partner/reseller for many other major manufacturers including SonicWall, NetGear, Alt-n technologies, Seagate, Microsoft and others.

My background is primarily as a Programmer/Systems Analyst and I originally qualified in Commercial Computing at Waterford Regional College (now known as Waterford Institute of Technology). Apart from holding a number of other qualifications, including City & Guilds of London Institute Applications Programming, I hold professional memberships of both the Institution of Analysts & Programmers and the Irish Computer Society. I'm also a Microsoft Certified Professional and I have a vast amount of experience with a wide range of hardware, operating systems, operating environments and software packages. I also have backgrounds in electronics and accountancy and over the years, I've managed to develop software in well over 70 programming languages.

Since 1998, I have been busy providing hardware, computer services, software development, technical support and maintenance and I have also successfully managed IT projects for some major Irish and international companies and I've worked in just about every business sector going, from airlines to telecommunications and further.

My job involves meeting lots of people, long hours and a good deal of travel. I enjoy doing what I do immensely and to me, that is the difference between just doing a job and doing it well.
